Static VC - VFR works with ' YES ' answere, (no mp in this way). See DOC.

If instal to 'no' , there is no vc but working moving parts (mdl editors).
The fs9.cfg will save the mdl file's name under the [FrameCallNoWarn].
If you want to change this:
1. delete from the fs9.cfg the mdl file's name (here is csiz=0) or,
2. change the mdl's name to any under the MODEL.2 folder both .mdl and model.cfg
And don't forget at the new start: yes=vc no=mp

Or, use the virtual flaps (F5/F8) for short landing.
