Unzip this archive into your FS2000\aircaft or FS2002\aircraft folder and make sure "use folder names" is checked.
If you are an FS2002 user delete the aircraft.cfg file and rename the FS2002aircraft.cfg file to aircraft.cfg. This will ensure that the aircraft is properly recognized by ATC, is properly categorized in the User Interface and behaves appropriately in FS2002 (many thanks to Dominik Mann for some pointers).
If you wish to have smoke effects (FS2002 only) download 737smoke.zip (available at flightsim or avsim) and install the file fx_smoke_rx.zip in your FS2002\Effects folder. No need to further modify the aircraft.cfg. Just press I to activate the smoke.
I highly recommend using Staffan Ahlberg's panel with this aircraft (available at http://hem.passagen.se/primeavi) as well as Daniel Careri's sounds (ar732sn1.zip), available at avsim or flightsim.
