Please read this document completely before installing the files. This scenery is set for "DENSE" in the settings/display menu.

INSTALLATION: First, ELIMINATE all previous version of this airport. In this package there are improved textures and bgl files with the same name as the ones used in previous version. Do not replace, just eliminate everything and install this scenery anew.

Unzip the entire package into a termporary folder. Put the folder AMB, and all the subfolders in it, in FS2002/Addon Scenery/.

NOTE: The subfolders Static Vehicles and Static Textures, contain some static planes (that do conflict with the AI traffic) and the ground service vehicles with its textures.

NOTE: The file SCEL1 contains the corrected AI trafic and you need AFCAD to install it. Just import it, and save it (replace the file with the same name).

Open the folder C:/FS2002 and look for the scenery.cfg file (it is at the bottom of the list of FS2000 subfolders and files) and copy the following paragraph at the end of the list:

[Area.***]
Title=AMB
Local=ADDON SCENERY\AMB\scenery
Remote=
Active=TRUE
Required=TRUE
Layer=***

IMPORTANT: the asterisk indicates the number you should give to the scenery area level. If the previous paragraph has is listed as [Area.130] for instance, then you should write [Area.131] in the first and last line of this one. You must do this in order to make the scenery work.

Open FS2000 and using "Go to Airport" look for Arturo Merino B. in the directory of airoports "from FS95 or before".

Acknowledgments: This scenery was created using AIRPORT by T. Hiscox y B. McWilliams; EOD by Matthias Bruckner, and NOVA by Rafael Garcia Sanchez. Macros of buildings some static vehicles and its textures were created by me. The static planes and objects are mostly borrowed from other designer; the planes were converted using M98toBGL by Trevor de Stigter. Many thanks to the designers of these great softwares.
