Copy the sound.dll file to you FS2004\modules folder.
Using the Windows Notepad add the following statements in your FS9.cfg file found in
C:\Documents and Settings\Login*Name\Application Data\Microsoft\FS9
[OLDMODULES]
FSSound.dll=1
--------------------------------
Unzip panel.zip to FS2004\aircraft\your B7XX\panel
Unzip gauge.zip to FS2004\gauges
Unzip sound.zip to FS2004\sound
