needs to be placed into the FS9 main effects folder. The textures used are defaults that came with FS9. I included them in the download anyway.
As of yet, the fountain spray needs to be made a little smaller... This is a beta for for placing it over the fountain. The fountain is modeled after an early 1960s post card found on the web.
