This panel was developed from multiple photographs using airbrush and retouching techniques.
To INSTALL:
Unzip the "UNZIP to PANEL" file in your MD-88 file. Copy your existing panel
file creating a "copy of panel" file as backup.
Unzip the "UNZIP to GAUGES" file in your gauge file, replying "yes" to overwrite
prompt or, replying "no" to the same prompt if the gauge exists or a new gauge
already exists. You can reply "yes to all" and this will overwrite any gauges
of the same name as included in this upload.
Unzip the "UNZIP to SOUNDS (FS Main)" to the MAIN FS9 sound file, NOT the aircraft's
sound file. These sound activate generic passenger information messages, which
pax info panel is invoked with 1 of the icons. This file includes 2 files,
"Talkup" and "Talkdn" which replace the co-pilot voice that you may have
with a "ding" signal. If you do not wish to have or try this effect,
do NOT copy them into your main Sound file, or rename them if you wish to try
them later.
This panel makes use of freeware gauges only from the default gauges
in Microsoft FS2004 and other freeware gauges from earlier
gauges developed and uploaded as freeware by designers, without which,
we'd all be 'flyin' blind'.
