This livery for the 787 is not fictional anymore. LOT Polish Airlines has become the first Global European carrier to order the 787! They have just bought 7 of the new advanced planes, and are planning on buying 7 more. First deliver to the European carrier will be in 2007 or 2008, don't remember. It will replace LOT's 767 aircraft and will open new routes to Asia and South America and western North America (and probably even Mexico)! I bet first the flight of LOT's mighty new 787 will be from Warsaw to Chicago. Warsaw is the largest city with the largest Polish population, and Chicago is second. Can't wait to fly on one, LOT states prices for fares will be lower now that they will have these planes. Who know I might find a job flying 787's in the future. (Sorry for the long description.
