| F14 is excellent but the myflts file doesnt work. No carrier appears and catapult 1-4 has (cessna) at the end. | Nice one, only missing 3D Cockpit, but having Catapult takeoff, and arrester landings everywhere is sooo nice, and you eaven get a Carrier thrown in for free :-)
Navel picking: Abillity to choose wich tank to empty first, and dumping external tanks, when empty, would be super nice. That and a 3D cockpit would make this a perfect 10, since everything else seems to work perfectly. | ||

| I give it a 9 since out of everything that comes with this package. Only 1 thing isn't working that is the afterburners. I can go full throttle but no afterburner. The carrier is dificult to land on, but i wasn't expecting that to be easy. =P

| The aircraft is nice. The cockpit could use a little work since there is no hud, airspeed indicator, vertical airspeed indicator artificial horizon there is basically nothing in the cockpit. Could be that I missread the instructions. Also where do I find the carrier? I select my flights and I am just dropped into the water in a cessna. | ||

| This is an awesome add-on. The textures and the details are astounding. The textures of the a/c carrier arent perfect, and i found a glitch. Its kind of a cheat code. The catapult will fire anywhere, and the tailhook will stop you in a second even if your gear's up and you're going Mach 2. The sonic boom that happens around Mach 1.07 is great, very realistic. Grumman makes a great plane, and this captures it perfectly

| GPS is Shift 4. I still haven't got the carrier to show up anywhere in any of the ways everyone has mentioned. I first followed the installation instructions exactly. That didn't work. So, I tried putting the scenery and texture files into the carrier file then that file into the add-on scenery and activated it in the scenery library. Still no carrier anywhere. Any more ideas? | ||

| excellent add on. The plane responds nicely. Took awhile to figure out where the files go. Also not well documented on use of the catapult, but once youre in the airplane, hit shift 1. there a will be a catapult activation button, up to your left, just above the hud. click on this, you may also adjust the speed to which you will launch. then hit period to release the brake, the catapult will activate. full throttle or you will need your life jacket. this is also the area where you drop your hook. hold the mouse over the buttions, a pop will explain their various uses. down below the hud on the lower panel is a meat ball button. very useful. It backlit and has the number 7. ----this thing flies great once you get thru setting it up. | ||

| I like the F14 Model, although the swing wings are a little choppy on my system. It would be great if someone would modify the aircraft so that the swing wings function automatically like on a real F14.
Would love to have directions for the carrier add-on, I guess everyone has complained about that already.
Overall I give it 7 with a possibility of improvement.

| Nice Addon. Would be better if the catapult functions were in the VC, i have to keep switching from 2D then to VC for the launch. Is it possible to use the lifts to go below deck? Landing is next to imposible. To slow you crash, to fast you miss the ship. I have to nose dive into the cables to land, and even then its a crash landing. Still trying might get the hang of it. | I had some difficulty in organizing the files and then getting F14 to be actually placed on the deck of the carrier. However, once I did and realized the radios were already tuned it helped.
I do find the data display on the top of the screen a bit bothersome.
The installation instructions could be clarified a bit better, especially for an experienced simmer like me, but one who has never loaded a flight from this type of situation I had a couple of false starts. This comment refers to the carrier only.
The F14s are extremely well done and really nice to fly. It might be helpful to explain in the installation how one uses the catapult and puts the aircraft into full afterburner. The plumes of steam on the deck of the carrier almost look like columns. Possibly they could be deleted.
Generally a great addon even for a person like me.

| Once I found out where the flight file was located at the startup , I was just shooting landings, and a crap load of touch and go's!!!!!! The file name is found when you go into the startup screen, under select a flight, then under choose a category, then select myflts, then down below in choose a flight make your selection, the rest is history buddy. I'm really impressed that I can finally be catapulted off a carrier. This is so sweet, thank you for all your hard work and effort for all of us to enjoy, GREAT JOB!!!! | ||

| This is a great download. It flys great and the effects are awesome. So far it the best plane I've downloaded.

| Good looking carrier and the Tomcat fiies well , It all looks good and the catapult and cables for landing work perfectly. the first flight in the my flights only takes me to the default start flight for fs2004 and i have never seen a cessna on a carrier flight deck. well worth the time to download such a large file. Thanks for all the work

| I`m giving this a 9 because the aircraft is so nice to fly. Smooth and responsive and looks good too! The carrier scenery is great fun and landing is just enough of a challenge, though I bet that the real thing is a lot harder. Took a couple of goes to load it but got there in the end. Well worth the effort. Many thanks to all those who developed it. | ||

| This is an excellent package... the models are gantastic, and handling is superb. Minor bugs in the included flight files... but still a very solid addition to any FS ensemble. Way too fun! | ||

| Fantastic model, better than car2004a because it has aircraft on the deck! however...it loses out because once you get more than about 30 miles away from it or you don't load ur flight from its deck...the carrier mysteriously raises above the ocean surface and the landing surface becomes a raised section of ocean...a bad bug. SOLUTION: d/l car2004a from Fsdome, as well as its counterparts rcbco20 & rcbco_up and you will have 12 fully functioning carriers around the world with no bugs! yaaayy | ||
