This package contains the textures only.
You have to download the original AN-24B model from flightsim (antan24b.zip) or avsim (antonov_an-24b.zip).
Install the plane, then copy the 'textures.ai2' folder to the ...\FS2002\AIRCRAFT\ANTONOV AN-24B AEROFLOT\
Open aircraft.cfg and add the following lines:

Note: Change the X in [fltsim.X] to the next livery number, e.g. if you have [fltsim.0] and [fltsim.1], you should add this as [fltsim.2].
I've included a much better flight dynamics package for the AN-24. Just open an24fd.zip (it's within this archive) and follow the instructions in the readme. Features realistic takeoff and landing performance, cruise speed and range; also turboprop smoke effects.
