NavDash 2.5 SID & STARS for Brisbane Intl (YBBN) RWY 01, 19, 14, and 32.
by Subin Jacob

There are 48 in total. *****All have been made with curves*****

I haven't made the altitude assignments for each waypoint yet, but I'll do that as time permits and post a update when it's done.

INSTALLATION:
Unzip the main zip (which presumably is already done) into a temp folder somewhere on your drive, and then create a folder named 'YBBN' in your NavDash folder so it looks like this:

C:\...NavDash\DATA\STAR\YBBN

and also one named 'YBBN' so it looks like this:

C:\...NavDash\DATA\SID\YBBN

I have put all my SIDs & STARs in one zip, but it's easy to seperate the SIDs from STARs because the filenames for SIDs end with "DEP", and STARs with "ARR".

Go back to the temp folder you extracted to, put all the files ending in DEP in the C:\...NavDash\DATA\SID\YBBN folder, and all the ones ending in ARR in the C:\...NavDash\DATA\STAR\YBBN folder that you just created.

....And that's it! Now they're ready to be used in NavDash when you have FS running.

TIPS & TRICKS (THESE ARE HELPFUL, PLEASE READ):

- *Autoland*: They have been created with OzPack's QLD scenery in mind, so you can basically make a full GPS approach [semi autoland] right down to the runway and hit the centreline with LNAV still engaged. Instead of engaging APR Mode on the autopilot turning final, leave LNAV on NavDash engaged instead and control the VS manually (usually about -800fpm for most big jets). Make slight adjustments to it, and you'll find yourself on the runway in no time :o) The final approach leg is lined up with the runway well.

- Don't overspeed on the curves otherwise you'll overshoot. Places to look out for are the "Max IAS In Turn" stated on the r/l charts (not included):

Takeoff Runway 19, do not exceed 220kts when turning right toward AMBLE
Takeoff Runway 01, do not exceed 210kts when turning right toward IBUNA
Takeoff Runway 19, do not exceed 220kts initally when using LARAVALE DEP....etc

The point is, use your judgement esspecially when heavy and really esspecially when at MTOW.

- All SIDs & STARs for YBBN that I know of have been included, if you know more, let me know.

NOTES:
Thanx to Yoichiro Miyata for "Data Genertor For NavDash 2.5", and [unkown] for making "Sid Star Maker" - both programs which I used to make the YBBN SIDs/STARs.

The file included in this release must remain as FREEWARE. You should have *not* paid for this - if you did, demand your money back.

DISCLAIMER:
These files should not harm your computer in anyway, but just incase it does, note that I will not be held responsible for any damage the harm may cause.

Mail me if you have questions/comments/just want to say hi/want to say these are the best SIDs/STARs ever made/(only kidding :o)
