Installation
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Extract the contents of this archive any folder. Make sure the subdirectories are perserved.
Automatic installation (recomended):
Run the enclosed Setup.exe file. Make sure you select your main FS2004 folder.
Manual installation:
Copy the Addon scenery folder in this archive to your main FS2004 directory.
Start FS2004 and add the CYCD - Nanaimo folder to your scenery library.
Note: you can put the CYCD - Nanaimo folder anywhere, but the Addon scenery/scenery and Addon scenery/Texutres folder must be installed to your main fs2004 folder with the paths preserved. This is necessary because these files are shared by other scenery and the correct path is required.
Scenery complexity settings and frame rates
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Every effort has been made to keep this scenery frame rate friendly.

If frame rates are a problem for you, try one or more of the following:

Clouds: the biggest frame rate killer seems to be cloud settings. If you are having frame rate problems, be sure to try Chris Willis's great cloud replacement files, ffpv2.zip, available at SurClaro.com, SurClaro and other fs sites. Also, try reducing the cloud density and distance settings in the Flight Sim weather options, or try using the "Simple clouds" option.

Complexity settings: the number of scenery objects displayed can be controlled using the Scenery complexity settings. As you reduced the complexity level, fewer objects will be displayed. At "Sparse", only the terminal, flight services building and the flying club will be displayed. Setting the complexity to very sparse will cause all of the objects to be hidden.

Traffic settings: The amount of AI traffic may be reduced using the FS2004 Settings|Traffic dialog box.
