This is an update for the SR-71 panel by Michel Polski.

THe panel has no contact info with it.

I have modified the bit map for the panel so it has a bit better forward view, and because of this moved the mach gauge. I have added an autopilot, GPS, and have changed, removed, or added, other gauges. The name of the person that uploaded it is Francisco Moreno, but the name inside the panel.cfg is Michel Polski. This is the whole panel & the gauges.

You still need to raise the view by hitting shift+enter one or two times, but the plane can now be landed from inside the cockpit. The picture with these files shows the view with two hits of shift+enter.

Installing: unzip to a folder of your choice. Back up or rename your old panel folder and replace with this one. Copy the gauges to the FS gauges folder, no need to overwrite what is already there.

Tip for those who cannot get their fighter jets to hold the indicated speed set on the autopilot.
Go to the [Autopilot] section of the aircraft.cfg file and change the autothrottle_max_rpm= ?? to autothrottle_max_rpm= 125.

This controls the N1 of the engine and will only let the N1 value reach the percent that is after the = sign. 125% seems to be enough to achieve full afterburner thrust whenever you are far enough below the speed set on the autopilot.

For autopilots that don't have a mach speed above mach 1 (0.99), 440 knots indicated at 60,000 feet is mach 2.2, and 990 knots set on the autopilot, for most fighters above 37,000 ft. will have them at overspeed if they can reach 990 knots at that altitude. Most autopilots can be set for speeds up to 990 knots indicated.
