Dissable "Aircraft stress can cause damage".
Auto rudder recommended.
Ensure tailhook assignment activated.
Ensure door passenger activated.
Takeoff:
1. Start engines - Ctrl E.
2. Full flaps - 40 Deg.
3. Ensure canopy shut ( assigned to passenger door ).
4. Gradually increase power to approx 70%. Do not use full power due to torque effect.
5. When taking off do not exceed 5 deg pitch - tail scrape.
6. Takeoff speed at 145-165 knots, gear up and maintain approx 10 deg pitch.
7. Flaps to 20 deg at 170 knots, 8 degs at 200 knots and 0 degs at 220 knots.
Landing:
1. Full flap.
2. Gear down.
3. Maintain an approach speed of 140-150 knots and a pitch of 4 -5 degs nose up.
4. On landing reduce power to a minimum and apply brakes.
5. Bring to rest.
6. On landing the aircraft may "bounce"
