Easy to print Flight Progress Data Card version 2 by Jaroslaw Rupiewicz "Jarecky"
This is very useful and easy to print Flight Progress Data Card for using online (VATSIM, IVAO) or offline.
You can also store this cards in your personal logbook.
I received many emails from users of previous version and i decided to update PFC according to Yours suggestions.
