Venezuelan Scenery
CARACAS AIRPORT
(MACHADO ZULOAGA)
Designed by Sabino Yacobone

This scenery includes both the Machado Zuloaga Caracas International Airport and the City of Charallave. This a busy private Executive airport, catering to piston/turbos and executives jets, and it is located in in the city of Charallave in the Southeastern part of the Caracas Greater Metropolitan Area (actually in the neighboring Miranda State). Caracas is the Capital of Venezuela

If your CPU allows it, we recommend that you also use it together with the scenery VEN_MESH.zip by David Maldonado.

How to Install:

Decompress the file chara.zip in Directory C:\ .. A folder with the name Charallave will be placed in that directory as well as the scenery and texture folders
C:\charallave
\scenery
\texture
This scenery requires that you have installed the Airport and vodtex30 textures

In Flight Simulator 2000, go to the World Menu / scenery library and select
add Área. In the dialog box, Select directory and navigate/search for the charallave directory en C:\... when charallave is found the scenery Area Box will activate . Please write the name Charallave in the proper location and press OK. You are now ready to start flying with your new scenery.

chara.zip includes the following compressed files:

Scenery -> contains all the *.bgl files
Texture -> contains the scenery textures
File_id.diz -> Describes the scenery
Readme.txt -> The English translation
Leer.txt -> The readme in Spanish.
Leer.doc -> Readme in Spanish as word document
*.jpg -> photos/screenshots

THANKS:

To SurClaro one of the best worldwide WEB Sites. There we find practically anything we need to enjoy the Hobby of Virtual Flight Simulation (aircrafts, sceneries, panels, sounds,utilities, etc, you name it.). This site enables people like my self to upload our freeware contributions and like wise we download what others are producing.

This scenery could have not been designed if it no were by the work from:
Sr. Pascal Meziat y Manfred Moldenhauer for his Airport 2.60 build 82
Sr. Rafael Sánchez for his VOD and textures.
Sr David Maldonado for his Venezuelan mesh terrain scenery.
