Copy only the C5b subfolder with its sub-folders to your Microsoft_Flight_Simulator_X\SimObjects\Airplanes folder.
Copy all of the contents of the C5b\Effects folder into your Microsoft_Flight_Simulator_X\Effects folder.
This is designed for experienced simmers, so simply review the details of the aircraft within FSX before you fly (there is no kneeboard). If, however, you experience some extreme difficulties, write me an E-mail and I will try to help you.
Remember, I am a Flight Dynamics Engineer, not a flight instructor!
