Valparaiso is the capital city of the 5th Region of Chile, and
it is the main seaport of Chile.
The scenery includes the cities of Valparaiso, Vina del Mar and Concon;
with Torquemada Airport and Rodelillo Airdrome.
This scenery has elevated mesh terrain and includes the AFCAD file for SCVM.
