Find your "Sikorsky S76" folder, which is below "aircraft" in your MSFS 2004 installation. Below that is your "panel" folder - rename it to "panel backup" or whatever, so it doesn't get overwritten. Then just copy this "panel" folder into the "Sikorsky S76" folder.Place the guages folder into the FS9 Folder and say 'yes' to overwrite!!
