Boeing 737-400 passenger views taken aboard a MALEV Hungarian Airlines flight
Part 2 of 2

Part 1 is gp_pass1.zip, also downloadable from SurClaro

By Peter Gulyas

These pictures were taken with a high quality digital camera to ensure the best possible result. They can be used with any airline, since the only thing suggesting that the actual aircraft was a MALEV plane are the three stripes on the head cushions of the seats.

You need both Part 1 and 2 of this file to have all the passenger views, so you have to download both of them. The following installation procedure applies after you have both parts. The file has been divided into two parts for your advantage, since it is easier to download this way.

Installation
----------------

- First, unzip both ZIP files to a temporary folder.

- Then, copy the following files from the temporary folder into your "...\fs2000\aircraft\B737_400\panel" folder of the selected Boeing 737 aircraft, overwriting any existing files, but BE SURE TO BACK THEM UP FIRST! I will not be held responsible for any loss of data.

UP.BMP
REAR.BMP
LEFT.BMP
RIGHT.BMP
FORWARD_RIGHT.BMP
FORWARD_LEFT.BMP
REAR_RIGHT.BMP
REAR_LEFT.BMP
REAR_LEFT2.BMP

This way the original views inside the cockpit will be replaced by views from the passenger area. Next time you run FS2000, you can take a look around the Economics class of the aircraft using the Keypad direction keys. The windows are all transparent, so you can see the FS environment through them.

Note that there are two REAR_LEFT views! REAR_LEFT.BMP is a view inside the aircraft, while REAR_LEFT2.BMP is a pretty good wing view through a passenger window, that, however, can only be used during night flights, since the picture was taken during the night as well. A nicely lit part of the left engine is also visible here.

Only one REAR_LEFT view can be available at once, so you're going to have to choose between the inside view, and the wing view. The selected BMP has to be named REAR_LEFT.BMP to become active. The other BMP has to have a different name.

That's it, you're done! Have a nice flight!
