Piper Tripacer for Flight Sim 2002 and 2004 A Century of Flight.

The Piper Tripacer is a 4 seat tube and fabric aircraft. based on the earlier Piper Clipper and Vagabond it was Piper's major step away from the Cub into a larger General Avation aircraft that could compete in the market place with the 4 seat Cessna's.

This model of the Tripacer is made with FSDS 2.24 and is fully compatible with Flight Sim versions 8 and 9 (2002 and 2004 A Century of Flight)

I have tried to make the Flight dynamics as close as I could given that I have never even sat in a Tripacer let alone flown one.

Also about my design philosophy. I make mostly light GA type planes. I am not interested in making jet airliners. Also I while trying to make the models detailed I will not try to model every little rivet in the proper location. My planes look close enough to the real thing and thats good enough for me and most people who download my planes. Please do not e-mail me with things like the oil cooler is 2 inches too far back and the left dohicky is in the wrong place.

This package features:

Reflective textures and Dynamic Shine
Opening front and rear doors (Shift E for the front and shift E then 2 for the rear)
rolling wheels
full animation of control surfaces
Custom 2D Panel (Bitmap courtesy of JL Stubbs)
Full Virtual cockpit gauges (fully functional and adjustable in FS 2004)
Repaintable base textures for your own repaints

Instalation (same for 2002 and 2004)

Unzip the file to a temporary folder open the folder then created and cut and paste the contents of the effects folder to your main FS effects folder. Also cut and paste the contents of the Gauges folder to your main FS gauges folder. Then paste the aircraft folder into your main FS aircraft folder. Start FS and go flying.

Thanks and aknowledgments
