S.A.A.F. Dassault-Breguet Mystere Falcon 900A

A single Dassault Falcon 900 was acquired in 1992 by the South African Department of Transport to transport VIPs; particularly for the State President and cabinet ministers. Former Pres. Nelson Mandela used it during his term as president of South Africa. It is operated by 21 Squadron of the South African Air Force, but will soon be replaced by a Boeing 737 for international flights.

This model includes animation of landing gear and all control surfaces, steerable front gear, rotating inlet turbine fans, shining navigation lights and flashing strobe lights. The passenger windows and windscreen are transparent and no texture (paint) was used to create the appearance of structures, that means all parts are structural and not painted onto the aircraft. There is also a pilot getting into and out of the aircraft as the co-pilot starts taking off or stopping the aircraft and an airhostess in the open door, closing it as you take off.

Panel:
Two panels are included with the aircraft. The first panel is based on a picture of a Falcon 900 picture from the official Dassault-Breguet website (select by selecting the "South African Air Force" variation from the aircraft menu). The second panel (select by selecting the "South African Air Force (Lear panel)" variation from the aircraft menu) is based on the standard Lear 45 panel, but adapted for use with a trijet.
