METHOD ONE: (for aircraft OTHER than the default LEAR45)
a) Copy the files in PANEL.short into the panel folder of the target aircraft.
b) Copy the gauges into the main GAUGES folder of FS2000
THIS NEXT METHOD IS FOR ADVANCED USERS ONLY....ONLY
METHOR TWO: (for using the default LEAR45, creates another aircraft entry called "LEAR45 - short panel")
a) copy the folder PANEL.short itself into the aircraft folder for the LEAR45
.................the path then becomes: ...FS2000\AIRCRAFT\LEAR45\PANEL.short
b) copy all the gauges into the main GAUGES folder of FS2000
c) re-edit the aircraft.cfg to include the following block: (can copy and paste this block after the first [fltsim.0]'s block)
The night lighted panel is an overlay and is activated manually by clicking the toggle called LIGHTS on the right side under the STROBE light switch. This is a compromise and is not perfect, its brilliance depends on the luminescent setting of your monitor.
