The Bombardier CRJ900 is loosely based on the CRJ-200 series with a few major improvements. Stretched 86-seat version, with the GE CF-348C5 engines (13,360 lb thrust with APR) and added leading edge slats. The wingspan is longer, the tail is redesigned with more span and anhedral. In typical service the CRJ-900 can cruise 8-10,000 higher with a slightly higher fuel burn and an average true airspeed of 450-500 knots, a significant improvement over its predecessor. Currently Mesa Airlines is the sole operator of the CRJ-900LR with 86 seats. All textures have been modified in DXT-3 format for crisp visuals without comprimising frame rates. The panel has been aliased to the FS-X default Bombardier CRJ700 (due to the similarities of the CRJ700 & CRJ900 panels). A magnificient CRJ CF34 Turbofan sound package by Christoffer Peterson has been included for authenticity. This package includes the America West (Mesa Airlines) livery. This file is for FS-X ONLY!

If your Flight Simulator X is located in C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Microsoft Flight Simulator X, extract the CRJ900_FSX.zip file to C:\.
If your flight simulator resides elsewhere or is named differently, extract the CRJ900_FSX.zip file to a temporary directory and mode the folder named "SimObjects" to your Flight Simulator X directory.
