P-38L Lightning for FS2002 by David C. Copley
version 1.2.2
29 Oct 2001

Installation

1. Unzip the file P38L_Lightning.zip in Combat Flight Simulator 2's 'Aircraft' folder. Several sub-folders will also be created.

2. The panel uses stock gauges and one custom gauge. To use the custom gauge you must copy the file xp-38n_diveflaps.gau from the P-38L_Lightning\gauges folder to cfs2's gauges folder.

Notes

This is actually version 1.2.1 for CFS2 modified for use in FS2002.

Sounds are aliased to the twin-engine Beech Baron, which is only available in the Pro edition of FS2002. If you have the Standard edition, open the sound.cfg file in the sound folder and follow the directions to change the alias to another aircraft.

This package is FREEWARE. Please see P-38L_Doc.html for credits, etc.
