Provided that your Flight Simulator 2004 is located in C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Flight Simulator 9\,
Put the AF2_KLAS.bgl file in the C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Flight Simulator 9\Addon Scenery\KLAS\scenery directory. If your Flight Simulator 2004 resides elsewhere, extract to a temporary file and move the file accordingly.
