Welcome to (Lest we forget) a file to bring rememberance back to our finest hours....We will not forget!!!
You need Lago FSE scenery enhancer for this scenery.
First off you will need the (Lago FSE scenery enhancer) for this file (A registered version) if you dont have it
a link is included....it is a program that works with FS2004 (ONLY) will not work with FS2002...The FSE program
provides the falling objects and the plane hitting the south tower plus surrounding tree and industry scenery..
---1 install the fse scenery enhancer if you dont have it...
It will create a folder inside fs2004 called LAGO-in it will be a folder (FSE) and a folder called (Common)
In the FSE folder is a folder called (Data)--copy the (SE2) file (NEWYAWK.SE2)and(NK911ATTACK.SE2) into it...
NEXT open the (Common) folder and open the (Tracks) folder and copy the (OSC) file (NEWYAWK.OSC)and (NK911ATTACK.OSC)) into it..
You will find these files that need to be copied in the (Lago FSE) folder (here) in this download..
To Note these are seperate Lago files so you can remove,delete the 911 attacks files to return to normal..if there is a normal...
---2 copy the (NEW YAWK SCENE )and(NEW YAWK 911 EFFECTSCENE) folder into the (ADDON SCENERY) folder of FS2004 and do the ADD ON thing-if
you dont know how to add on scenery for FS2004 just search on the net "How to add on scenery FS2004" DUHHHHH!!!
TO NOTE-the (NEW YAWK 911 EFFECTSCENE) is for the fires and world trade center which you can turn off to go
back to normal in library settings...if there will ever be a normal...But....
---3 Copy the ForestFire.fx file in the (EFFECT) folder here into the (EFFECTS) folder of FS2004 -this is for
the fire and smoke effects of the scenery...you may already have it...overwrite or dont,it dont matter..
---4 Copy the (LEST WE FORGET Flights) folder here into the (FLIGHTS) folder of FS2004..
NOW START FS2004---4 Now go to (SELECT A FLIGHT) and scroll to (LEST WE FORGET FLIGHTS)
you will find the flights labeled-Start any of this and when the
flight starts hit the (alt) key on keyboard and the menu will appear up top and you will see LAGO up there
scroll it to START PLAYER and start it and its scenery files will load (sometimes it may take a bit or there
will be white or green loading boxes) it will only-(this is if U dont already have LAGO FSE scenery enhancer installed)
play the scenery in the areas they are created. OR select Register to online your registration...so the file will play..

SETTINGS--Make sure THE (Ground scenery cast shadows are turned off) or you will get a SLIDESHOW effect-it should turn
that off automaticly-but framerates are tough in FS2004 anyway and it most likely isnt your video card-but your processor
in your computor- for instance- a PC with a pentium 4 processor should get an average of about 7-20 FPS over this scenery..UHH
search the net again "FS2004 Framerate help ect"there are plenty of help stuff--- but I push my machine with pentium 4 and
an extra stick of ram on my scenery--there are no lite versions--its up to you to get a new computer--just work harder its the USA way
One more thing on settings for this file--New York has a lot of stuff in it so when you first load a flight from this file
wait at least 30 seconds for the addon to load right-you may see ghost images of the fire effects before it loads..ect
