FS2004 Farman F-121 Jabiru

By Jens B. Kristensen february 2004.

The Farman F.121 was a french airliner of 1925. It had four engines of 180 h.p. each, and carried seven passengers. The pilot was seated in an open cockpit above the wing.

Danish Airlines (DDL) operated four Jabirus from 1926 onwards. Two of them were built under license at the NAval Dockyard, Copenhagen.

This model includes a simple panel, which uses default gauges of Flight Simulator 2004, most of them from the Ford Trimotor. Of course, the gauges should probably be french and use metric units. I have not been able to find information on how the actual panel looked, so this is just guesswork.

You should fly this plane from the 2D cockpit.

Installation: Just unzip this archive to the Flight Simulator 9\aircraft folder.

This plane was made with FSDS 2.24 (my first attempt at an original model!). It is freeware and must stay that way.

Good luck flying the Jabiru!
