Notes on Flaps Animation Sequence
---------------------------------
This model is fitted with a multifunctional flaps animation sequence which commands not only the flaps, but also the leading edge flaps, the arresting hook and the upward folding outer wing panels for aircraft carrier onboard stowage. You can cycle through all these settings by using the standard flaps commands (F5, F6, F7, F8). The settings are in a logical sequence:

Notch #1 (hit F5)
----------------
Normal flight condition. All flaps and arresting hook fully retracted. Outboard wing panels down for flight.

Notch #2 (hit F7 once)
---------------------
Take-off/approach condition. Flaps and slats one third extended. Ailerons droop with flaps, but to a smaller angle.
(When flaps extended, ailerons are no longer animated, animation is resumed when flaps fully retract.)

Notch #3 (hit F7 twice)
-----------------------
Normal touch-down condition. Flaps, ailerons and slats two thirds extended.

Notch #4 (hit F7 three times)
-----------------------------
Aircraft carrier touch-down condition. Flaps, ailerons and slats fully extended and arresting hook down.

Notch #5 (hit F8)
----------------------------
Aircraft carrier parking condition. All flaps, ailerons and the arresting hook retract and outer wing panels fold upwards.

Lighting effects
----------------
The model is fitted with FS2002 nav lights via the aircraft.cfg file. These lights can not be animated. Therefore, in order to avoid unrealistic effects, switch off the lights prior to fold the outboard wing panels into parking position.
