Installation:

Just unzip crj_ibe.zip in FS2002 main's folder. That's all.

The plane comes with the default Learjet's panel. If you want to change it (look at SurClaro for good CRJ panels), don't forget to copy the following lines to avoid the lose of the virtual cokpit's gauges:
