This is for FS9. The airfield is called Coveside Ranch. I did this for a friend of mine whom I helped straightening out some other scenery. Coveside is or was in Eastern Oregon. My friend, Ted, says he drove by there just recently. It is all plowed under. Someone's crop field is there now. I did this scenery because it was close by his house. The AFCAD file gives you a VOR of 112.80. This will help in finding the airfield in flight.

This is my first attempt, using FSDS, making some of my own objects. Some are not half bad. Some are down right awfull, I think. :) You have permission to e-mail me and laugh like crazy at me!

Unzip to a temp folder using 'use folder names'. Inside Cove you will find a cove folder, a screenshot folder and a list of libraries used, and a bobsitems-texture folder.

--------------------------------------
Install-

1. As stated above, inside Cove in your temp folder you will find a cove folder. Move this folder into FS9\addon scenery and activate it in the game in the usual manner.

2. Open bobsitems-texture folder and place the contents (not the folder itself) into ez scenery\texture, or addon scenery\texture, your choice. (even FS9\texture if you wish.)

The snapshot folder merely has jpgs for you to view to see if you have everything the snapshots show. That's the only purpose of this folder. Afte checking your installed Cove against the jpgs you can delete the jpgs, keep them, or feed them to the cat, your call. :)

My many thanks to all who have helped me thus far.... John B. Loney who makes wonderful scenery, David (Opa) Marshall for his wonderful help, and all the authors of libraries used as well as Abacus for FSDS.
