History

Some of you may know that Paul Rebuffat created an excellent series of Me109s for CFS2. With a little effort, they would also work in FS2002. Unfortunately they would not work properly in FS2004. Thanks to Paul Strany, and with Paul Rebuffat's permission, David Hanvey and Paul Barry have started to revise and update the 'old' models for FS2004. The major change is to create a new model in FSDS V2. Only in this way will the animations work in FS2004. We have also made a number of small improvements, but we have tried to retain Paul Rebuffat's basic style. This particular aircraft (ie the Z-1) is totally new, but utilises PR's single seater source files. The Z-1 was actually built as a prototype but never flew. We hope that you enjoy it. This aircraft has been used and tested in CFS2 only.

Installation
------------

For automatic installation, unzip to your main CFS2 directory.

To manually install (PREFERABLE), unzip first to a temporary directory. Then copy the folder
BF109-Z1 (found in the Aircraft directory) to your main aircraft directory in CFS2. Put Weapons at SceneDB folder and copy Objects DP content to Objects DP CFS2 folder. Finally, copy and paste the contents of the Gauges folder into your main CFS2 Gauges folder.

If you are asked to overwrite any files then just say no!

Now just load up CFS2 and fly!
