Grumman OV-1D Panel (Version 2)
======================

This archive contains the panel for the OV-1D Mohawk Army Battlefield Recon Aircraft The panel is completely redrawn using a line drawing from the Grumman OV-1D Sales Brochure. Thanks to Mike Hill for his suggestion to update the panel from a closer view. The autopilot has been completely redone, now before turning it on, set the altitude from above the compass, and the speed can be set on the ASI or the small panel beside it. The VOR 1 has been removed due to panel space and the VOR 2 and ADF have been repositioned. I personally spent 15 years working on the real thing. I've included another new Air file, it works much better though it's still requires a light touch. (It will do a roll at takeoff with wheels up, but watch the sink rate it can get out of hand fast. But so will the real one.)

Installation
------------
Unzip Guages.Zip into the FS98 Guage directory, do not overwrrite exsisting files as these are not modified guages.

Copy the panel.cfg and *.bmp into the OV-1D panel folder.

I use the ATR V2 sounds, they give the large turbo sounds of the Mohawk very well, These can be downloaded at SurClaro, file name is ATRSOUND.ZIP by Graham Waterfield.

Feel Free to update this panel, I,m no longer working on actual radio guages to go with it, as I have too many other projects in progress. Feel free to write about any problems or advice to make it better. Remember this is freeware so don,t include it in any package that's for sale.

The ACS-GPS guage is included but will not work without the complete download that goes with it. Get it at SurClaro.
