Speeds in the following text are IAS Knots

1- TAKE OFF
Start engines
Flaps 15 (1 notch)
Release Pkg brakes
Gently increase to 95% throttle
Rotation 105 KIAS
Gear up when stable positive climb established
Initial climb 1000 fpm
Retract flaps at 130 KIAS

2- CLIMB
Adjust vertical speed to 1500-1800 fpm
Maintain 160-170 KIAS
Engage Auto Pilot if desired to set altitude.

3- CRUISE
When flight level reached (FL200-FL230)
Cruise speed 200-21O KIAS (about 265 KTAS @ FL210, no wind)

4- DESCENT
Pitch down to -1500 fpm vertical speed
Adjust throttle to keep speed below 240 KIAS (or maximum ATC authorized speed)

5- HOLD-APPROACH
Reduce and maintain speed to 180 KIAS

6- LANDING
Gradually reduce speed
Gear down at 160 KIAS
Extend flaps as required below 160 KIAS to final full flaps

Target 110-115 KIAS full flaps crossing runway entry point
Cut throttle and flare out (?) as required.
Reverse and Brakes to stop
