Aircraft Design Studios Boeing 7E7-8 Dreamliner

Thank you for downloading this next generation commercial aircraft by BOEING. On April 26, 2004, BOEING formally launched its eleventh commercial aircraft project in the next generation of aircraft called the 7E7 “Dreamliner”. This passenger jet is designated to be a super-efficient airplane. It will bring the economics of large jet transports to the middle of the market, using 20 percent less fuel than any other plane of its size. Although this aircraft will not see certification or entry into service till 2008, thanks to Microsoft, we can fly this plane now.

The name 7E7 is a working title and this aircraft will likely be re-named at some stage according to company tradition. Perhaps the BOEING 787!

INSTALLATION:
Simply unzip the file into the aircraft folder of FS2004.
This plane will fly like a dream when flown to the V-speeds. Please see the reference and checklist documentation included with this file.

TEMPLATE FOLDER:
The templates of the fuselage and wings are included to aid the texture artists with their re-paints. They are currently 2000x2000 for working in higher resolution and must be reduced to the1024x1024 size for final use.

LEGAL:
This is a freeware download and must not be used for profit. I request that you contact me or Aircraft Design Studios before uploading to another site.

CREDITS:
This is my first solo project since the inception of Aircraft Design Studios in 2003. This model would not have been initiated without my mentor and incredible friend Rey Lopez who put me through a crash course with FSDS. He had the patience to put up with all my questions. Thanks Rey!
The panel is the work of Ken Michell. Great job Mitch! Please visit Mitch’s Panel Shop at http://mitchspanelshop.fsgateway.com/ for a number of outstanding panels.
Thanks to our beta testers for making this model even better. And a special thanks to our flight dynamics guy for making this plane fly to the specs!

May you have many enjoyable flights with this commercial jet!
I can be reached by e-mail at doering@mcmaster.ca if you have questions or comments.
