Unzip the file to a temporary location using "My Computer". Open up the main aircraft folder located within the main FS9 folder. Then drag and drop the main 78_Chevy_Corvette folder into the main Aircraft folder. Don't worry about the gauges. FS can read the gauges from the main panel folder as well [in case you didn't know].
