1- Turn down the landing lights from inside the aircraft.
2- Turn up the taxi lights.
3- Fix the ILS heads up display so it does not dissappear in heavy dense clouds when you need it most.
4- Let POSKY tweak your aircraft.

One dandy I noticed is th St.Maarten Princess Juliana Apt.
Whit dense everything you do not see the mountainous region at the end of rwy 9.
I know for a fact it is there as I have been over them during takeoffs 9 out of 10 flights to this island.
Also I found 3 aircraft in the sub-directory that are not accessible. Why put stuff in that won't work.
More time should be taken by programmers to do the job properly and accurately.

yes, MS should release either a patch, or a CD (or both for those that are unable to download something that might be very big).
there are some small things that will make a difference, like the LVL button coming on when you switch the AP on, and you cant turn it off unless you put the HDG on. also the contrails should also come off the wingtip, and for some reason ive seen on mine and other peoples sims that they are not really smoth- they seem to come off the engine in a vertical line, and the contrails should come out not when your over FL30, but if you have real whether whenever they would when its "real".
some more things they should add would be better waves, like the sea having swells and when you have a plane on the water, you see it rise and fall with a wave. sure, it does bop up and down, but it doesnt look too good. another thing is that you can see some floatplane pilots "sail" their plane. in FS2k2 the plane just sits there and doesnt move with any kind of tide/wind. if MS could ad

FS2002 is a good game, but there are so many bugs to work out. When you go too fast, the scenery becomes blurry; I really think they have to fix that! Cfs2 scenery doesn't go wack as fast as fs2002 scenery, maybe it's something to do with the way the scenery is generated.

2. Raise the nose of the 747 (it's too low at the front)

3. Raise the height of the virtual cockpit viewpoint so that the pilot (we) can see the runway while landing.

4. Add thrust reverser togglablity so that those of us who use throttles can stop the aircraft without using the keyboard.

5. Make me chairman of Microsoft so that I can be really rich and move out of my parent's place. (ok, just the first four requests will do :o)

The scenery needs to be more realistic like when you look out the window of a plane and you see all the highways and everything. That would make it better

I've got a problem with the 182RG textures - on 1x zoom, it draws the textures incredibly fuzzily - at a quality you might expect on 0.1x zoom! I have to zoom to about 8x (at which it is impossible to see much of the plane except the middle of the wings) to get it to show the textures correctly - and by then the textures start to pixelate.

I think a patch should be forthcoming. Even if they fix some of the glaring errors, like the lack of a "Southwest" ATC callsign, or the lack of ground textures for Prince Edward Island, Canada. I know I have generated plenty of fault reporting data to M$ on FS2002. We all want them to focus on creating a stellar FS2004 product, but they do have a requirement to make their current offering the best they can make it as well. One of the best ideas for a 'fix' would be to make an editable "callsign" text file to allow us as end-users to add new ATC callsigns to support the wonderful programs to allow new AI flightplans. SO, if any M$ FS2002 developers read this forum, think about it!

The biggest problem is the grass showing through the taxiway at certain airports. Look down or at the edge of your screen at certain airports and it looks like your plane is sitting on a patch of grass in the middle of the taxiway.

Landing Light movement keys don't seem to work and the altitude control of the APR button rarely works properly.

Some airliners are way so small.. that needs to be fixed, and more lights for runway, taxi, and c'mon real atc dont use just only one runway, use all the aviable runways!!!!

Also for helicopters, how do i control the rotor pitch? all i can control is the collective, engine speed, and the tail rotors. that needs to be fixed too.

For all of us using joysticks that are stiff and hard to keep steady; a much faster way of triming the aircraft is needed. I would like to not rely on the autopilot as much.

Another thing: Nothing aggravates me more than flying for 6 or more hours in a "heavy" just to have the ATC put me on an approach more suited for an ultra-lite.

Turboprop: sounds and general theory of operation eats weenies! (e.g. turbine RPM vs. Blade angle) They definitely need fixing so gauges can work true to life.

I agree with all the other comments.... lots of good, even easy changes, need be made. I figure we've all spent enough money on all the MSFS's for them to owe us. I enjoy their simulators and hope they keep up their good work.

Seems like users machines sometimes determine how these things are installed in there finality. Sometimes the install alone is not always the problem thus resulting in frustration and misrepresentation of some of the finest developers work.

Yes, because the reverse thrusters dont work properly. (Holding down F2 doesnt always work) Also, I think they should add trailers to the wing tips when pulling hard G's or when landing.
More realistice crashes (fire, explosions, and parts flying off same thing for the buildings) being able to control the lights within the aircraft, like in the real aircraft, tapping the buttons on top of the yoke will illuminate the landing lights of the airstrip and make them brighter, or dimmer. Overall, Its ok. but defanatley needs to have a patch.

Also, the flight school is full of bugs where it says you need to drop from 4000ft when you are at 1000ft! Most of all, I would love ALL the controls to be usable, and the Cessna 152 should be included as that is the "learner" plane that most people use.
