These texture are made to serve us with enhanced detail of the surface texture on the taxi way.. What is enhanced I altered the texures with extra new layers that i designed and added extra materials to the defualt textures. Flight Sim FSX Utilities add-ons: FSX - FSX Splash Screens Templet The templet.jpg file included in this DGLSplsh.zip is of the proper siZe for an 800x600 splash screen of your choosing. I am including a splash screen I made with it to show how clean a picture it gives. Simply copy and past as a transparent layer on the picture of your choice. The background is a clean white, so it will transfer as a transparent layer no problem The file you replace is in the FSX folder Uires and the fiel is DGLSplash.bmp. Flight Sim FSX Utilities add-ons: For PMDG 747-400 Fuel Planner Built in MS Excel 2003. This is my first ‘give back’ to the flight community. I hope it is of use and can be used well in each of your flights with ease. It is from the example in the PMDG manual ‘CRUISE and FUEL PLANNING’ with one or two differences. Just delete the blue items for your own flight. There is a one hundred pounds or so discrepancy due to rounding numbers and the PMDG Loader Manager own math. It is free for all to use, I ask for no credit and thus no blame for any mishaps when using it in any way shape or form. Flight Sim FSX Utilities add-ons: FSX/FS2004 Flight Calculator This Flightsim Flight Calculator will calculate distance and arrival times for both FSX and FS2004 The program has four input components, Local TimeZone, Departing Airport, Destination Airport and the Aircraft to be used for the flight. The program calculates the distance in nautical miles between two FlightSim Airports. It determines the flight length in hours and then calculates the Arrival time. If the flight time passes midnight the arrival day is incremented by one day. Keep in mind these distances and times are based on point to point calculations and do not allow for taxi out, taxi in, start-up times etc. To compensate for this you can input a time period in minutes which is automatically added to the flight time to give a more accurate estimate of arrival times. You will also need the TTools program by Lee Swordy in order to build the aircraft and airport text files. Freeware By Dave Westbury
