Flight Sim FSX Scenery: FSX Scenery: EGRA Cardington by John McKeon (mckeonj at eircom.net) Cardington NAS near Bedford, UK was the base for airship manufacture and operations from 1917 to 1938. This scenery represents the airfield in about 1928, with the launching airstrip, the mooring tower, the two giant airship hangars, and the Short Bros factory. Airship R101 occupies Hangar 1; Hangar 2 is empty and the doors are open. The main runway is asphalt surfaced and suitable for conventional aircraft, with NDB locator and offset ILS.

Flight Sim FSX Scenery: Whitehorse International Yukon Territory CYXY Intall: Place the Whitehorse Yukon Territory CYXY folder in your FSX/Addon scenery folder and manually activate it inside FSX..the basic procedure. This scenery is designed using ADE v1.40 using satelite imagery and detailed photos. Completely compatible with UTcanada and FSGenesis Western Canada. Whitehorse is a complete revamp of the stock version airport, nearly everything has been changed. Added roads, parking lots, ground vehicles and airplanes, vegetation, reshaped taxi ways and aprons, blast pad and put in proper runway lights. Includes the whitehorse firestation. Also many hangers and adjusted GA parking to reflect real world. Added animated jetway to support Boeing 737s and heliport in correct area. This airport reflects nothing of the stock version. In the texture folder is a file detail1. This is a freeware grass texture designed by RealEnvironmentExtreme. It adds better color and clarity to grass textures. Grass strip inside the banked motor race circuit; some unique buildings and bridges, the banked curves, a vintage steam train, real water features, lots of trees, and flying rooks, make for an exciting stringbag venue. Installation: either put the files directly into your Addon Scenery folder, or into a new Addon SceneryBrooklands 1938 folder If you are not sure how to do this, go to the FSX Learning Center to learn how.
