Flight Sim FSX Propeller Airplanes: FS2004/FSX GRUMMAN AMERICAN AA-5A CHEETAH First introduced in 1974, the AA-5 series were unique in their bonded honeycomb airframes, producing a simple, smooth, and strong structure. With a sliding canopy and quick controls, the AA-5 were a breed apart. The later AA-5B series had more powerful engines, giving a needed boost in performance. This SF9/FSX model is painted in a real world paint scheme, and has full anis and VC with some custom gauges. Includes extra FSX files to ease porting over to FSX. Will work without my earier AA-5B Tiger release.

Originaly from Brazil the Tucano was manufactured under licence by Shorts of Belfast for the Britsh Royal Air Force. The two seater basic trainer was fitted with an uprated turbo prop engine and stronger airframe. Model by Brian Franklin - created with FSDS3. Gauges by Jim Cooper and Doug Freeman Textures by Neil Angus Assisted by Dyl Roberts Notes: 1. Just unzip striaght into your Flight Simulator 9 folder 2. For those that have difficulty with simshed hi-gloss perspex finish, copy the perspex2_T.bmp in the extra folder to the textures folder. This is Version2 and includes 100% custom-built gauges and instruments. Built by Nardi and Siai-Marchetti, supposedly only 23 were built during the early 1960ies by Siai-Marcheti, the majority of them being sold to America. As every italian design, it is built to go fast. It seats 4 people including the pilot, the reversible propeller gives it superb manouverability in water (and taxi). It is a high-wing anphibian aircraft with double tailfin and pusher propeller. Read notes before flying!
