I read the WOAI forum. Region Avia has issue problem without afcad airports in Russia. I found two airports has no afcad in your flight simulator 2004 only. Im not responsible for FSX. 1. Omsukchan UHMF new afcad. 2. Kostomuksha ULPM new afcad. But the WOAI one of airport. txt is error elevation should read 664 not 0. I saw scenery was sink hole. I correct elevation level is 664 feet. Please update your airport. txt should be: ULPM, N64 37. 07, E30 41. 20, 664 Hope your satisfy with flight plans and scenery.
