FS2004 Lockheed L-1011 Flying Hospital This is one of the exclusively four L-1011 equiped with an extra stair conducting to the lower floor, and has been modified with orthodontial rooms, pre-operatory, three operation rooms, medical school and everything to let this plane fly to a desaster area and help the population, or just go to any developing country, land, and stay up to fifhteen days giving free help and medical training for the local doctors.
