It spans the counties of Sonoma, and Napa, and parts of the counties of Alameda, Colusa, Contra Costa, Lake, Marin, Mendocino, Solano, and Yolo. The south boundary of this mesh file merges with Version 2 of San Francisco mesh by this author.
