   FS 2004 Dohertys Difficult and Dangerous Approaches - Volume 68. I am constantly amazed by the high number of simers that restrict their flying activities to small localized areas, never venturing much further than their own backyards. I cant help thinking that they miss out on some truly great flying experiences by confining themselves to such limited parameters. If nothing else, Dohertys Difficult and Dangerous Approaches will get you out more! Whether you are simply a local pilot flying within your own well-worn neighbourhood, or a demanding adventurous international aviator, theres something for everyone in these volumes. For the new simer I have included some very easy approaches, and for the army of case-hardened veterans who think they have seen and done it all - let me tell you now - you havent! Ill introduce you to approaches that will leave you absolutely flabbergasted - and may I add, begging for more! Each volume contains (10) difficult and dangerous approaches which are set up for you – all you have to do is fly them! I have also included a special ~ (STAR) ~ approach in each volume - which is a gem of an approach that will thrill and amaze you. If youve always wanted to know where all the difficult and dangerous approaches could be found in MSFS 2004, but never new where to look, Ive discovered them all - and now Im sharing them with you.   ALASKA GLORY A jewel of a flight between three airports with very interesting approaches. From Johnson Petersburg (PAPG) to Sitka Rocky Gutierrez (PASI) to Juneau Intl (PAJN) and back to Johnson Petersburg (PAPG). This would have been a perfect example of an IFR exam flight with instructor to see if you could navigate; handle the winds and thermals between the mountains; stay on coarse with autopilot disconnected and do three very difficult approaches from the LDA Approach Plates on your lap especially if you do a one engine take off or landing when doing your CPL exam. All three airports have NDB approaches as well and that could be very VERY interesting if you fly in REAL WEATHER on FS2004 and will practice your pilot skill to the limit.  FlighTease... a Tease Flight (no offensive images inside) Fly in the Hong Kongs sky, disused Hong Kong Intl (VHHX) is available to give us hospitality, through 8 very special gates at assigned speed and altitude, make a precision landing and the girl will show her best side!!! 6 gates gives you 10 points and 2 gives 20 points (they are just a little more difficult), the precision landing gives 50 points. From the combination of this points your final score could will be: 60, 70, 80, 90, 100, 110, 120, 130, 140 or 150. The girls generosity will be proportional at your piloting ability! Two mistakes are allowed. Text and vocal messages will help you during the flight. After takeoff heading indicator will be automatically setted driving you gate by gate and until to the base where youll have what you merit;-). Youll have speed and altitude information when near the gates, vocal and text messages help you during the flight. Software accept a range of +- 20 feet and +- 5 knots… enjoy this flight!!! You can also run Courseplanner on the network, (Courseplanner on one machine and FS on another). Courseplanner will fly the aircraft for you and even pause the flight near the airport, or any point for that matter, (handy for those long overnight flights).
