FS2004 Splashscreen Description If youre like me, your tired of that same default splashscreen that pops up everytime you start FS2004 and would like a little variety in some actual FS2004 screenshot action. I have created a few splashscreens myself from screenshots I took while actually flying around in FS2004. Installation is easy and takes no time at all. Install 1.Unzip folder splashscreens to desktop, or where ever you wish. 2.Make a backup of your default dlgsplash.bmp file located in folder Microsoft games/Flight Simulator 9/Uires and put it where you can find it later. I usually just rename the file as dlgsplashdefault and leave it in the Uires folder. 3.Next, from the folder you just unzipped, open the dlgsplash folder and pick the splashscreen you want to display and rename it to dlgsplash. Copy the file and paste into folder: Microsoft games/Flight Simulator 9/Uires Thats it! Now the next time you start up FS2004, you should see a brand new splashscreen.

touchdownsplash7471.zip Description: SplashScreen for Flight Simulator 2004 To use, simply rename the bitmap file included to dlgsplash and place it in your Uires folder in your flight simulator directory. You will be given a message to overwrite the original - click yes. I suggest creating a backup copy of the original splash screen and store in a seperate folder. Screenshot by Paul Murphy and composition by Joe Drennan. Please do not publish this anywhere without my permission. If you would like one of your own screenshots in the splashscreen you can contact me. (captainjmd_at_ntlworld.com) I hope you enjoy this splashscreen, Cheers, Joe.
