 FSMMovingMap 1.1.0 Compatible with both FS2002 and FS2004 FSM Moving Map is a Freeware software with some neat features. With proper road maps, you will be able to find your road (or lack of) in FS environment, or fly at ease using Sectional or terminal charts. The concept is very simple: you, the user define all the maps... once you are flying, FSMMM will try to locate the best map available, and display it on screen. This can be very useful during VFR Flights. One of our beta user has described it as flying like the rich people with fancy GPS units sporting colour map displays - nuff said. On local PC, this map can be used with FS2004 Kneeboard, or with MovingMap Launcher. This software can also integrate with FlightSim Manager (v2.8 and above), and work over the network using FSM Lanview (so you can fly on one machine while the map runs on a different PC).    FS2004-FS2002 FX: Nicks Prop Dust v2.0 with Nicks ALL WET for Watercraft! This package is an all new release of my original prop dust FX. This gauge/effects package automatically senses the terrain the aircraft is in contact with or flying over and changes the prop dust and water FX for the aircrafts prop/rotor wash based on dirt, dry mud or clay, snow, rain, water, ice, sand, gravel and short grass. In addition the real time surface conditions are also sensed. In example: a dry asphalt or concrete runway will produce no prop dust/wash; however, the same runway with snow/rain conditions present will automatically produce a throttle controlled snow/rain blowing effect. FX files and gauges are included for large and small, single engine, multi-engine, amphibians, helicopters, seaplanes and massive scale military and commercial land/water transports. This package requires manually editing/adding lines in the aircraft.cfg and panel.cfg files. The README files include very complete and comprehensive instructions with a quick and easy copy/paste file for all the Microsoft prop aircraft and 13 other popular aircraft. I have also provided a QUICK REFERENCE file for current Nicks Prop Dust users for the new seaplane gauge and new FX location formulas. Nicks ALL WET is wild splashing and spraying bow/skid water FX designed for amphibians, seaplanes and boats which includes water droplets on the 2D and VC windshield as the plane barrels through the water on takeoff and landing.   FS2004 FX: Nicks LightFix The concept and the base textures for this package are from Mark Poole and his original light replacement releases. Marks original Nav Light package has a really good concept and uses light textures which create sharp lens flairs or bursts however I found the lens flair in his packages to be a bit too large and out of scale for my display and taste. Also, I wanted to have an easy way to replace all the FS9 lights in one shot with little or no configuration file editing. With that in mind, this package was created. This release will automatically replace ALL the Flight Simulator aircraft and airport lights with more realistic ones along with better distance visuals of slower flashing radio tower/smoke stack and ground beacons. It also includes replacement lights in scale for the PMDG 737, 747 and for all Project Opensky aircraft offered on their site. It works automatically with Ultimate Traffic and other AI add-ons which use the default Microsoft aircraft lights. I added a diffused halo effect to Marks original airport_lighting_v2 texture which gives a more realistic look in cloudy or weather conditions and enhances the dynamic directional brightness of the lights. In addition to the navigation lights, I have also created aircraft beacons and strobes which will also install automatically.
