  This is a full package (aircraft and panel) and it is for FS 2004, but it should work also in FS2002, except the GPS, to be displayed at 1024x768 resolution or more. HISTORY Remembering the good old days of our youth with my collegue Capt. Giovanni Quai, we decided to have a go with this aircraft, for which he still has a lot of photographic material and the official operating manual. Thank you for downloading this package, I hope youll enjoy it. IMPORTANT! You MUST also insert the enclosed GougeSound.dll in the Main FS2004 folder, othrwise you will experience a FS crash!! FREEWARE! FOREWORD The model reproduces the aircraft flown by Capt. Giovanni Quai in the early sixties: it features highly reflective metallic skin and the usual moving parts, such as all flight controls, spinning wheels and so on. The panel background has been created entirely from scratch, based on photographic material found in the official operating manual and some photos shot by the authors. The most part of the gauges have been created by the authors. Included in this model there is also a very simple Virtual Cockpit, with working essential gauges and animated flight controls. Capt. I.  FS2002/FS2004 Lockheed Martin Alenia C-27J Spartan The C-27J has been developed by Lockheed Martin Alenia Tactical Transport Systems (LMATTS). The aircraft design is based on the proven G-222 airframe from Alenia, with turboprop engines from Allison and advanced systems from Lockheed Martin. The C-27J Spartan has the same logistical and maintenance characteristics of the Lockheed Martin C-130J Hercules Medium Tactical Airlifter, and also shares commonality of the cargo capacity. The primary roles of the C-27J are cargo transport, troop transport and material and paratroop air drop. The Soviet Union responded by launching the development of a similar system, known to generally as the BURAN (SnowStorm).To transport the components of the Space orbiter and Energia ultra-heavy multipurpose space rocket modules to the Baikonur, Kazakhstan launch site, the Myasishchev OKB proposed using the 3M bomber as a transportcarrier. Engineering changes to the 3 Bison-B tankers selected for conversion to transports included a 7 meter up-swept fuselage extension, twin end plate square vertical stabilizers, and strengthened out-rigger struts. The
heaviest payload carried by the VM-T transports was the Buran orbiter shuttle itself, weighting in excess of 100,000 lbs. Including a 50 ton fuel load, this constituted a max take-off weigh for the VM-T
of over 410,000lb.
