While similar in configuration to the Cherokee, the Cherokee Six differed in a number of major areas. Two of the big differences were implied in its name, a six cylinder O-540 or IO-540 powerplant, and the six seat configuration. While the wing was based on the Cherokees, the fuselage was substantially larger, with strengthened undercarriage and a larger tail. This package includes an updated model from my previous release, which adds opening doors, better flight dynamics, a few texture fixes, aileron movement fix, and a new paint scheme (reflective textures), and panel. This plane OY-BPH (cn AC-580) Pedraforca was wet-leased from North Flying (Denmark) and crashed in Aberdeen, Scotland on Christmas eve 2002 due to multiple bird-strikes on take off. Neither the pilots nor the two drivers which collided with the plane on its crash were injured.
