I like the Apache very much. Nice graphics! Flies pretty easily. But, I do have a question. And forgive me if I'm only suppsed to rate items here...I'm a brand new user. Does anyone have contact info. for Tom Woods and Mark Adams, who designed the apache? As someone mentioned before, there is no readme file, and I'd like to learn more about how to fly it. Again, I apologize for asking a question here. Please refer me to a forum here or another section to post question. Thanks, Darrin

Very cool! The weapons are enough to make a good download by themselves. I installed this helicopter and copied the lines from the aircraft.cfg file that related to the weapons and pasted them into the aircraft.cfg files of other aircraft giving the other aircraft use of the weapons. The Hellfire Missiles explode and are launched by the strobe light command. Tip: try the smoke system command. The helicopter itself is an excellent aircraft.

Easy to fly and land compared to Bell Ranger. I did not look at any other features, but I normally do not care about those in the helicopters. If you like a great hands-on flight whipping through buildings or between trees, this is a good choice.

i can get this to download...how can i do it. ive moved every item to its appropriate folder. and when i look at the difference from the planes that came with the game and what i have done and its identical. help please?

Great download. One problem though on start up the engine are not fully running and the tail goes tail down, nose up and crashes. It takes at least 3 times using the slew to get altitude and crashes before the aircraft operates correctly. Also I am not getting the full panel. Any ideas?

this heli is amazing! the sound and efects are realy top notch!!! only thing wrong is its easy to fly... combat helis are hard to fly... and for those who dont want to fire missles and guns at the same time... click the green lights on the right side of the panel on/off. the L key just makes them all fire at one time! PS. you got to down load this its awsome!

Ok so u want to know how to use the weapons, just use your lights key (default is the L key) and your smoke key (default is the I key) and do wonders too bad it doesnt set explosions but the effects are still awesome

I will rate this aircraft a nine simply because it looks awsome. But there is one problem the readme document dosent tell you how to operate the weapons inventory. I'm still trying to figure out how to file the machine gun or use smoke so if anyone out there read this and know how to please let me know.

I must say that this Apache rocks. Sweet model, real-deal engine noise, and o joy, WORKING ROCKET PODS and MACHINE GUN!!! too bad the rockets go through the senery. The video targeting monitor in the VC is ingenious. A little touchy on the landing, but otherwise a 35 in my book.

brilliant but for a beginner it would be difficult to install. The guages are good but not very clear, although the sounds, lights and weapons are 110% amazing.

This is a very fun and interesting aircraft to fly. Easy to handle and great fx. Needs a little work in the animation and start up shut down sound. But all-over great.

This model rocks, the panels could be a little bit better but the model rules it has teh guns smoke flare and more and other stuff easy to land and take off and most easy to fly hardest thing about it that no readme to tell u wat to do with it but its simpl to figure out effects in one folder and guages in the other then bring out the apche file and put it in aircraft file very easy very fun
