All in all it's very good. There's a lot of flight detail that make it very nice. I can even get used to the Russian gauges. The first time I installed it, it did lock up my computer, however, I re-installed it and allowed it to overwrite all files and it worked much better. It does still lock up on me when I retract the shut after using it. (Little bug there perhaps). As to the corrupt file size, I got the same thing too the first time I downloaded it but it was at a time of peak traffic. I tried it later and it worked fine. This is worth having just for the detail and flying fun. Thanks for a great sim.

I needed to change the sound. I have [Nicks crash]some times the FS will crash if you download and get the full MIG29 it will go supersonic with BOOM great aircraft to fly have not been able to get the chut to work yet

awesome plane, i love it, amazing handling, but every time i deploy the drag chute, my computer freezes, and i have to restart it. also needs better panels, but awesome looks, but how do i deploy missiles, and bombs? other than that, the plane is awesome, very good job to whoever made it, and hope you update this plane to fix the problems, also, the plane wobbles alot on take off.

GOOD!!! a little user interface fix: delete all but texture.rusian folder, edit aircraft.cfg deleteall the [flightsim.x] sections but those having the texture line reading: Texture=rusian . re-numbe the [flightsim.x] sections from 0 up.; in every [flightsim.x] section, these two lines must read the same: ui_manufacturer=Mikoyan Gurevich ; ui_type=Mig29A change the line: ui_variation=xxxx to something different in every [flightsim.x] (f.ex: ui_variation=clean; ui_variation=heavy bombs; so on)

This is the best plane i have downloaded , it has become my favourite , the afterbrner effects and jet flame, chute , its everything!!!!! i think this plane rocks hard, now on the flipside, how dare u guys rate this plane a 1 just because your computer is sh*t doesnt mean yo should rate it, if it doesnt work dont freakin rate it, u havnt flyed it so how can u rate it, this is by far the best plane i have ever downloaded, thanks to the author for this wonderful plane it is by far the best plane i have flown on fs2004

I really like this air craft but, evry time i triewd 2 put the tailhook down my pc froze. havent flown it yet (dont seem to be able to get off the ground, but i was using the aircraft carrier, and it didnt gathyer enough speed, so it just flopped over the edge and myt poilot died, thats y im wondering whether or not u need the tailhook to take off from the carrier. oplease help.

I can't believe others have rated this soo low. If your computer can't handle it or running in anything other than FS9 (FS2004), I might not even attempt it. But this is my FAVORITE plane I've ever downloaded. Tremendous detail, authentic look, complete with special effects (nice sonic boom). I couldn't be more happy with this one. I am having trouble with this. I get an aircraft overstreesed messege the moment I take off at only 100 mph. The plane very shortly over stresses. I'm using Flight Sim 2002. Super looking plane though.

it wobbles on the runway and it freezes when you release the chute. otherwise it is pretty good. the textures are great!

Could not get the ejection to work. Even with the upgrade it still locked up my cp when the drag chute was deployed. Also locked it up when you clicked on a couple of switches in the panel. This large of a download this plane should be a lot better than it is. Had to scrap it. To bad it is a good looking plane. Also it wobbles when going down the runway. Not worth the download.

If you don't know the cockpit arrangement at least fake it. Better than looking at a blurred instrument panel. I also question the performance characteristics of the airplane. Had problem with the download and finally after three attempts got it to work only to my disappointment.

What the other guy said, there's nothing wrong with this file- it's an auto install exe, if you used an aircraft install program it would show up as not a flight sim file. Anyway I didn't have any of the flight problems as experienced, in fact this bird out of the box is, out of about 200 addons I've tried from sunclaro, one of the top 5 trouble free realistic models. I'd have given it a 10 if it weren't for the primitive Soviet no frills cockpit-what language is all this in? (LOL! I'm kidding, of course) KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK and thanks for the Mig.

Huge file. This is an acurate modle of a non-fly by wire aircraft. The things you dont have to think about in a F-something you must constantly monitor. Not as manuverable as it should, unable to pull hi G's with out stalling. Could not complete a simple loop. If you stall this aircraft it will enter a flat spin (non-recoverable). On the ground it bounces around (thinks its stalling). IF THE FILE IS CORUPT, TRY TO DOWN LOAD AGAIN BEFORE YOU RATE IT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
